Morgan Hunter Healthcare is currently seeking an IT Quality & Clinical Informatics Analyst (Oracle Health/Cerner) to support a 200+-bed hospital utilizing Oracle Health (Cerner). This role combines clinical workflow expertise, EHR optimization, quality reporting, and vendor management to improve documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reporting outcomes. Clinical background required/RN/NP
Key Responsibilities
Review and optimize clinical documentation to support regulatory and quality program compliance.
Configure and enhance Oracle Health/Cerner tools, including PowerForms and Dynamic Documentation (DynDoc).
Validate quality reporting, data integrity, and discrete data capture.
Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and Oracle Health support.
Hold vendors accountable for technical accuracy, issue resolution, and deliverable quality.
Support system upgrades, optimization efforts, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Clinical background with informatics experience, RN, NP
7-10 years of experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, quality measures, and regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience with PowerForms and Dynamic Documentation (DynDoc).
Ability to analyze documentation, discrete data elements, and reporting outputs.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of quality reporting structures and data validation.
SQL exposure is a plus.

Blend clinical insight and build expertise, candidates with DynDoc/power forms experience and reporting literacy.
