Morgan Hunter Healthcare is looking for a strong REMOTE Clinical/Provider Analyst/Informaticist with extensive Oracle Health (Cerner) experience to support clinical workflow optimization and EHR strategy across its hospital and remote clinic network. This remote role is ideal for a clinically active Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN), with hands-on experience building, optimizing, and supporting Cerner/Oracle Health solutions and can effectively translate real-world care delivery into scalable, efficient system design. The Clinical/Provider Analyst/Informaticist serves as the clinical liaison between healthcare providers and Information Technology, leveraging clinical expertise and informatics knowledge to optimize the use of Oracle Health (Cerner) applications across the organization.
This role partners closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, operational leaders, and technical teams to improve clinical workflows, enhance provider efficiency, support patient safety initiatives, and maximize adoption of Oracle Health solutions.
This role will provide leadership and become the main contact for all providers regarding the EHR. Must understand the Emergency Department tracking board, Millennium LaunchPoint, and Oracle clinical AI solutions.
Essential Functions
Primary clinical expert for Oracle Health (Cerner) workflow optimization initiatives.
Analyze, design/build, validate, and optimize clinical content
Collaborate with operational and technical teams to design and implement workflow improvements that enhance provider efficiency and patient care.
Participate in Oracle Health implementations, upgrades, optimization efforts, and strategic clinical transformation initiatives.
Serve as a provider champion for new technologies, digital health solutions, and AI-enabled clinical workflows.
Provide support and coaching to physicians and advanced practice providers during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization activities.
Identify workflow gaps, usability concerns, and opportunities for process improvement through direct observation and stakeholder engagement.
Assist with testing, validation, change management, and end-user acceptance activities related to clinical applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve clinical system issues in partnership with IT analysts, application teams, and operational leadership.
Support provider training, onboarding, and educational materials.
Support initiatives related to workflow design, optimization recommendations, system changes, provider feedback, and project deliverables.

Required:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
7+ years of clinical practice experience
Extensive direct experience working within Oracle Health (Cerner)
