Morgan Hunter Healthcare is seeking a Senior Oracle/Cerner Millennium Charge Services Consultant with experience supporting HEDIS quality measure reporting. The consultant will configure Professional Charge Services, understand the relationship between charge capture, coding, and HEDIS measure compliance, and serve as a subject matter expert to coach and guide the staff on HEDIS-related charge configuration and best practices.Bonus on knowledge of Alpha Billing.
Operational & Workflow Support
Understand and work with HEDIS Billing, Revenue Integrity, and clinical departments to improve charge capture accuracy and completeness.
Understand data, trends, and exceptions to support financial performance and regulatory compliance.
Support Finance teams with reconciliation, charge posting validation, and revenue cycle reporting requirements.
Support end users with setup, training, documentation, and workflow guidance.
Project & Enhancement Management
Lead or support IT and operational projects focused on HEDIS
Lead or support IT and operational projects focused on charge improvement, automation, regulatory updates, and optimization of Cerner Revenue Cycle modules.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing cycles to ensure operational readiness and system stability.
Work closely with vendors and internal IT teams on enhancements, issue resolution, and change management.
Ensure charge workflows adhere to compliance requirements, including CMS, payer guidelines, and organizational policies.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, charge logic, and support procedures.
Required
Experience supporting HEDIS, Medicare Advantage, or quality reporting initiatives
Experienced in guiding clients on how the configuration of professional charges will influence HEDIS reporting.
